Our History - Our Passion

Since 1973 our name has been renown for quality family service (formally known as ESC Sewing Machines/Elgin Sewing Centre).

Originally based in a small garden work room just outside Huntly, expanding to sewing machine shops in Elgin, Inverness, Buckie and Keith, we are now based in Fochabers where you will find 'The Sewing Shop' has become a well-known fabric, haberdashery, sewing accessory and machine store.

 
What started out as a dream job has now become our passion and we're delighted to share it with you. We are proud to have produced years of happy customers and look forward to continuing our work for years to come! Our love for sewing drives who we are and what we do.
